INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING / MAINTENANCE:
The metal parts are wiped with a cloth soaked in vaseline oil. Bleach and detergents are strictly prohibited. Do not use
bleach, harsh detergents, solvents, gasoline or colouring, these substances can affect the performance of product.

The legibility of the product labelling should be checked periodically.
On the anchorage device, you will find a label with the next date of inspection.

1-1/ Anchoring LV504A(LV504) can be attached directly to a host structure. In this case, LV504A(LV504) must be attached
to the host structure using 3 M12 grade A4-70 screws and 3 nuts. The tightening torque must be 60N.m min. When
properly installed, the user can attach his lanyard to the attachment point.

1-2/ Anchorage LV504A(LV504) can be adapted on a steel tray.

In the case of use on steel tray, the LV504A(LV504) anchor can be used with the universal LV543 plate interface.
For use on steel tray, the LV504A(LV504) anchor may be combined with the universal LV543 plate, with the LV534 kit made
up of 12 (specific to the universal mounting plate) and a sealing strip.
