2-1/ Anchorage LV506A(LV506) can be attached to the host structure.
Mounting:
Recommended screws and bolts: Threaded rod M16x35 or screw M16x35 A4-70
Length: to be determined according to the host structure and chosen fastening method. Use large A4-70 PA stainless steel
washers.
Tightening torque: For M16 screws: A4-70  150 N min
1 / Drill, if necessary, into the host structure and fit
the LV506A(LV506)assembly

END ANCHORAGE - 1 End anchorage with 1 fixing hole with threaded stud M16
x 35 + PA washer.
FASTENING HOLE WITH
Attachment adapted for end bollard.
THREADED ROD
Rr > 3700 daN. Dimensions : 97 x 59 mm.
1/ Put all the LV504A(LV504) set on the LV543 universal
plate.
Set up the 3 M12 screws and 3 nuts.
Apply a tightening torque of 60N.m min.
2/ Position the LV543 universal plate equipped with the
LV504A(LV504) assembly on the steel tray.
Identify the 12 drill hole positions in the steel pan, using
the oblong pilot holes pre-positioned on the periphery of
the universal plate LV543,
and drill the 12 holes (3 holes on each side of the LV543
universal plate)
3/ Position the sealing strips over the holes previously
made in the steel tray.
4/ Reposition the LV543 universal plate on the steel pan
5/Put the 12 rivets (LV534 kit) into the previously made
holes.
6/ Riveter the 12 rivets (LV534 kit)
2/ Tighten to 150N.m
