9 Ventilation
·
All models can be connected via the air vent to a technical ventilation system. Obtain the air
exchange prescribed for this, max. pressure loss, and exhaust guides from the respectively
applicable national regulations.
·
Care must basically be exercised to ensure that exhaust air is directed into a non-endangered
area. PRIORIT recommends an external circulation cap if this cannot be guaranteed.

Proper connection to a ventilation system must be inspected (e.g. using a flue
tube). These products are generally also operated without technical air venting.
However it must be noted here that the product's immediate vicinity might become
an explosion-prone area. The user must attach a label to the product if it is to be
used without an exhaust connection.
10 In case of fire
10.1 Opening the product after the fire
Combustible vapour-air mixtures may have formed depending on the fire's duration.
Therefore remove all ignition sources in advance from a wide area around the
product. Following a fire, the product may only be opened after six times the fire's
duration. Only non-sparking tools may be used with extreme care for opening.
11 Disposal
The products can be disposed of correctly sorted. None of the components present
needs to be sent to hazardous waste.
