When using wafer-thin dies, a Thin Die Adapter is required
and is placed directly on top of the platform. Create the
"sandwich" by placing wafer-thin die onto Cutting Pad with
blade side up. Place paper over the die. Place another
Cutting Pad over the paper to complete the "sandwich."

Insert "sandwich" and run through machine as directed.
