- use to set STEAM mode, for steam cooking.
The operating time of the device in this mode is 30
minutes.
- BLENDER mode. Use to grind ingredients.
Before first use, make a test steam cooking withou
ingredients; add water into the bowl. After that wipe the
body with a damp soft cloth. Wash the cup, cup's lid,
blade with a warm water with a dishwasher detergent.
Before assembling and disassembling the device,
unplug it.
Operation:
1. Set the blades into the bowl. Flip over the bowl and
turn the blades counterclockwise to lock them. Pic.

The blades are very sharp, be careful.
2. Place the bowl onto the body of the device. Holding
the bowl by the handle, turn it clockwise to the
locked position, aligning the symbol on the bowl
base with the lock symbol on the device's body, until
you hear a click. Pic. C-3
3. Place the steam grid into the cooking basket and
turn it clockwise to lock it. Pic. C-4
4. Add water into the bowl, max 150 ml. Pic. C-5 Add
ingredients into the cup.
5. Place the cooking basket into the bowl. Add pre-
pared ingredients. Pic. C-6
6. Close the bowl with the lid and lock it – turn clock-
wise, until you hear a click.
7. Plug in the device.
8. To start cooking, turn the knob to
position. After
30 minutes, the device will turn off automatically and
you will hear a sound signal. Pic. C-7
9. Turn the knob to "OFF" position.
10. Open the bowl and remove the cooking basket.
Place prepared ingredients from the basket into the
bowl. Pic. C-8
11. Close the bowl with the lid. Turn the knob to
position. Grind the ingredients in 10 seconds cycles,
do 10 seconds pause after every cycle. For the best
grinding, repeat 5 cycles. Pic. С-9.
12. Turn the knob to "OFF" position.

13. Unplug the device.
To avoid burns, do not open the bowl's lid dur-
ing cooking. Do not interrupt the cooking pro-
cess so that water does not remain in the bowl.
NOTE:
Before adding water into the bowl, allow the device
to cool slightly after use. To prevent the formation of
scale in the bowl it is recommended to use filtered
water. Periodically wash the bowl with lemon juice
and then with water. Wipe the inner surface of the
bowl with a dry cloth after every use.

GRINDING REcOmmENDATIONS
Before grinding, it is recommended to chop ingredients on 1x1x1 cm pieces. Max amount of ingredients is
shown in the table. The recommended duration of the grinding is from 10 to 60 seconds. Follow the recom-
mendations in the recipe book.
