4 Assembly [specialist]
For the horizontal assembly directly under a modular distribution manifold, cut the insulation
as shown on the following figure by using a hacksaw.
The distribution manifold can be used for heating circuits with flow on the left as well as on
the right. Connect the flow and return lines according to the marks on the hydraulic separator
(o—o or —— ).
The hydraulic separator can be mounted horizontally (directly under a PAW distribution
manifold) or vertically (with a PAW piping group).
Take the hydraulic separator out of the insulation before mounting it. Installing the insulation
directly to the wall is problematic as the screw connections cannot be tightened properly!
On the lateral ends of the hydraulic separator are ½" connections suitable for a flow sensor
and/or a drain valve (in case of vertical assembly).

4.1 Note on the assembly of MW25/32

The hydraulic separator MW25/32 is equipped with adaptor pieces so that it can be mounted
below PAW distribution manifolds DN 32 / 1¼". Mount the rings as shown in the figure below.
