Appliance orientation
specifications
The orientation of a radial fan delivery outlet (fig. 5) is
represented by a direction of rotation symbol (LG for
anti-clockwise and RD for clockwise, looking from the
side opposite the air intake inlet) and the angle (in
degrees) of the delivery outlet to the reference axis (a
straight line perpendicular to the base plane, passing
through the axis of rotation), measured in the
direction of rotation.
All models except C 46 are normally supplied with an
anti-clockwise LG 90° orientation. Model C 46 is
normally supplied with an anti-clockwise LG 270°
orientation. Follow the steps illustrated in fig. 4 to
change the orientation of the motor.

Installation

N.B.
If the appliance is installed at a height of less than 2.5
metres from the floor, it is obligatory to install
protection for moving parts, in the form of safety
grilles on the outlet or intake side (fig. 7÷8).
N.B.
If the appliance exceeds 70 dB(A), (fig.9), appropriate
noise reduction devices or Personal Protective
Equipment must be used during installation.
NOTE FOR THE INSTALLER:
To ensure electrical ground continuity, be sure to
remove the adhesive protective film (if present) or
remove any surface oxidation (if present) at one of the
flange mounting holes as shown in Fig.10a before
completing product installation.

unnecessary damage to the environment and
possible related healthrisks, and also promotes
recycling of the materials used in the appliance.
