8. MARKING OPERATIONS

PAY ATTENTION: when using a new screen marking is highly recommended to make the markings of proof in order to
successfully open all links in the marking screen.
1. Lean the marking screen (17) on workpiece.
2. Put some drops of electrolyte solution (18/19) on the marking felt (15). (Picture G)
Pay attention: it is not necessary to soak the felt (15) every time if making a number of marks in sequence (max 15).
3. Machine ON: power switch (2) on "I" position (ON).
4. Pass several time the marking felt (15) soaked of electrolytic solution (18/19) on the marking screen (17) without exit to the
edge on the screen, otherwise stainless steel surface is damaged. (Picture H)

FTER MARKING
1. Recover the handgrip (11) on the handgrip support (12).
2. Put the power switch (2) on "O" position (OFF).
3. Remove the ground clamp (10) from the marked workpiece.
4. Remove the marking screen (17) from the marked piece.
5. Unplug the machine power cable (1).
VERY IMPORTANT (for optimal results)
6. Spray the solution Inox Fit (20) on the surface in order to neutralize any residual electrolyte (Picture I).
7. Wipe the surface with a microfiber cloth dampened with clean water.
8. Wipe the surface with a dry microfiber cloth.
9. RINSE the marking screen (17) with flowing water to prevent the formation of encrustations.
