ATTENTION: To minimize damages and injuries hazard we urge to:

Do not direct the flame towards persons or anything even is it is not flammable.

Never leave the device operating unattended.
4-
Do not place the burner on or near fuels and flammable materials.
1.2 - Machine description
This device must be used to burn sugar for caramel, to make creme
brûlée and flambè, (with restrictions of par. 1.1). The device is
chargeable using a standard lighter gas refill.
You can regulate both the range and the temperature of the burner
flame. The ignition is piezoelectric.

3 - RECEIVING THE MACHINE
3.1 - Check after receiving
Please check the delivery upon completeness and transport damage immediately after receipt. Do not turn
upside down the box. In case of visible damage do not accept the delivery or do it with reservation only, noting
the damage on the bill of delivery. Hidden damages should be reclaimed immediately after notice, within 3
days from delivery date.
3.2 - Package
Keep the package closed until installation and under consideration of the outside indicated positioning and
storage markings. Packages should be stored in a dry and dust-free environment. In case of long storage (more
than 3 months) make sure you check the state of the packaging and the parts regularly.
All the machines are issued with its due documentation and are carefully packaged.

3.3 - Packaging disposal
The package parts are similar to urban waste than they should be disposal according to the national and local
rules and regulations of the site in which are installed the device.
4 - INSTALLATION
• Make sure that the packing material should be removed completely from the device.
• The device should be placed far from heat, steam and dampness sources.
5 - USE OF THE MACHINE
1-
Check that the temperature adjusting screw is not at minimum value, if it is
so screw it towards the tank.
2-
Turn clockwise the range adjusting red screw. NOTE: Just turning the screw
you will ear the whistle of gas outgoing.
3-
Push the red button placed on the side of the tank. If the flame do not
ignites, repeat this operation.
4-
Adjust the metal screw to have an hotter or colder flame, knowing that
screwing it towards the tank the temperature rises. NOTA: If the flame is
yellow its temperature is lower, a blue flame denote an high temperature.
5-
Adjust the red plastic screw placed on the top of the tank, turn the screw
counter-clockwise to flame enlarge and clockwise to reduce it.
6-
Handle the tank and direct the flame towards the prepared to do.
7-
Stops operating, shut off the flame turning clockwise in depth the range
adjusting screw.
6 - CLEANING
• Shut off the flame and wait for cooling down of nozzle.
• Clean with a damp, soft cloth and a mild detergent, than rinse and dry it.
• Use not abrasive clothes and detergents. Avoid the use of spray and other harsh cleaners as they may
stain or streak the device surfaces.
7 - GAS RECHARGING
To verify the presence of gas into the tank turn counter-clockwise the red screw on the
top. If you can not ear any whistle the tank is empty and you must recharge it.
You can use standard lighter gas refill.
Before recharging be sure that there are not light flames in the nearness.
Insert the refill nozzle in the valve on the back of the tank and push it for some seconds.
When the gas starts to going outside the tank is full.
8 - DISPOSAL
For a correct waste disposal is advisable to contact a specialized company, or just contact the local disposal
service in your community.
