PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The products Alufix AP-003 and AP-US-003 are single anchor points, which have been tested according to DIN EN
795/A:2012 and CEN/TS 16415:2013 and according to ANSI Z359.1:2007. They are suitable for securing max. 3
persons. The product has been tested as a system and should only be installed with the fixings described.
The anchor point is suitable for protecting people or weights of up to 500 kg / 1100 lbs from falling. The anchor point
may only be used for its intended use, either as fall protection or as a load-bearing device, never for both at the
same time.
The single anchor point is therefore particularly suitable for working safely on high structures.
The material is not resistant to particularly aggressive conditions, such as permanent, alternating immersion
in seawater or the splash zone of seawater, chlorine-containing atmospheres in indoor swimming pools or
atmospheres with extreme chemical pollution.
SKYLOTEC GmbH does not assume any liability in the event of failure to observe the installation and operating
instructions or non-compliance with certification for the single anchor point.

SAFETY INFORMATION

Each installer and user must be familiar with these instructions before installation begins. These installation
instructions must be followed unconditionally, since a failure to do so puts lives at risk. Should any difficulties arise
during installation of the fall protection system, installation must be stopped immediately. Further information is
available from the manufacturer.

It must be ensured that the supplied operating instructions are stored in a dry
place together with the equipment for the single anchor point and are accessible
to all users at all times.
Prior to and during use, a visual inspection should be performed to
ensure the proper functioning of the system.
When installing the anchor point, the following standards or certifications should be
observed for the application of force
to the existing structure:

and ANSI Z359.1:2007.
