Place your weather station at a location with optimal signal, i.e. close to a window and way from
metal surfaces or electrical appliances.
Viewing Angle
You must keep in mind that the LCD screen is constructed with an "optimum viewing angle". Your
eye level should be at around 60 degree to view the LCD screen correctly.
TO ADJUST THE VIEWING ANGLE
Remark: Please make sure you do not angle the screen past the third position with force as this may
damage the stand.
QUICK SETUP
Step 1:
Slide open the battery cover at the back of your weather station, insert 3 x AAA batteries into the
battery compartment by observing the correct + / - polarity signs inside the battery compartment.
Replace the battery cover and attach the stand as described in the diagram on page 2 (Back View
Diagram).
Step 2:
Keep your weather station and wireless transmitter next to each other. Slide open the battery cover at
the back of your wireless transmitter, then insert 2 x AAA batteries to the battery compartment.
Replace the battery cover.
Make sure CH1 (Channel 1) is displayed to the side of the outdoor temperature. You could press
/ CHANNEL to select Channel 1. Make sure CH1 (Channel1) is selected on the switch inside the
battery compartment of the transmitter. Replace the battery cover.
Your weather station will receive data signal from the transmitter after a short time.
Then place your transmitter in a dry location and route the outdoor sensor cable to a convenient
outside position.
Remarks:
The transmitter is for indoor use only and must not be placed outside.
