If the phone does not work
Make sure the telephone cable is not damaged and is properly connected. Remove any additional equipment
(extension cable and other phones). If the phone works thereafter, it means there is an error in connection
with another device.

Solution
• Make sure the batteries are properly installed
and charged
• Check that the network adapter of the charg-
ing station is plugged in
• Move the handset to the base station
• Ensure that there is enough memory to save.
If necessary, delete unused contacts to free up
space.
• Move closer to the base station
Make sure the phone is not in the immedi-
ate vicinity of an electrical installation. If you
use broadband for telephone communication,
ensure that a suitable "micro filter" is installed.
• Check all cable connections (do not use the
telephone cable supplied)
• Move closer to the base station
• Make sure that the mobile handsets are fully
charged
• If you use another phone while the announce-
ment is heard, the connection is interrupted
and the auto responder is completed.
• If you reconnect the telephone cable re-
cently, unplug the network cable and telephone
adapter for 2 minutes. Reconnect the telephone
cable and network adapter.
Tip: If the above actions did not solve the
problem, disconnect the cables from the base
station for 2 minutes. Remove the batteries of
mobile handsets as well to start formatting the
micro-processor. Reconnect the cables and bat-
teries and make sure the problem is resolved.
• Press Stop (on base station) to implement the
reading mode of the answering system
• Connect the base station even if the phone
function is not in use.
