1 Description and Purpose
Application
These instructions are for the practitioner.
The term device is used throughout these
instructions for use to refer to Senior.
Make sure that the user understands all the
information in these instructions for use,
particularly the maintenance and safety
information.
This device is a foot unit that is for use as a
component of a lower limb prosthesis.
2 Construction

Warning: The attachment screw is not for adjustments.
3 Function
This device comprises an open foot shell, a heel cushion and a keel. The heel cushion dampens
heel strike for comfortable walking. The resilient keel allows the foot to roll over smoothly into
late stance.

This device is a lightweight foot with a
cushioned heel and a sandal toe.
Activity Level
This device is for Activity Level 1 and 2 users.
Contra-indications
This device is for a single user.
