13 Settings through generator interface

The controls of the machine are described here below
with reference to the following figures.

The machine can be switched on by turning to its ON
position the main switch, located at the back of the
generator. Start-up is indicated when screen 'D1' turns
on.
The settings can be set using rotary switches 'E1' and
'E2' or the 'touch screen' (or a combination of the two).
The following diagram shows the settings and
information areas that the main screen is divided into.

The bottom left shows the machine's setting: in this
specific case TIG HF in 2-step mode.
The icon for accessing the set-up menu is at the bottom
of the screen in the centre.
The two parameters controlled by the side rotary
switches are found in the centre strip.

At the top of the screen, a diagram shows the main
welding settings (current, pregas, postgas, rising slope,
falling slope, etc.). The parameter highlighted in blue or
green indicates that the setting is linked at that time to
the rotary switch of the same colour.
By turning the two rotary switches, two parameters at a
time can be quickly changed.
The parameters are selected by pressing the rotary
switch quickly or by touching the parameter on the
diagram.
