13.2 Settings for TIG welding
To select the type of welding required:
•
Press and hold down 'E2' for a few seconds, or the
icon
on the display; the display changes as
shown below.

Turn one of the rotary switches and select the icon
for the welding process: TIG lift
confirm press 'E2'. Alternatively, tap the icon on the
screen.
•
Turn one of the rotary switches and select the
operating mode: 2-step
to confirm press 'E2'. Alternatively, tap the icon on
the screen.
•
Turn one of the rotary switches and select the
current constant
confirm press 'E2'. Or tap the corresponding icon on
the screen.
•
If timed welding is required, turn one of the rotary
switches and select the icon
'E2'. Alternatively, tap the icon on the screen. The
welding duration can be set on the main screen by
simply selecting the 'SPOT' parameter.
•
Other welding parameters can be set by selecting
the SETTINGS
icon (see below).
•
To manage the programs

Settings are confirmed by tapping HOME
following confirmation the main screen reappears, or
confirmation is automatic after 10 seconds.

Using 'E1', the parameter with the blue background can
be set. 'E2' is used to set the parameter with the green
background.
You can select the parameters controlled by the two

rotary switches by simply pressing the blue or green
knob. The associated parameters are highlighted on
the diagram at the top of the screen.

The red background indicates there is welding voltage
at the bushings.
