The product must always be used on the
instructions of a doctor and put on for the first
time under the supervision of trained
professional staff, e.g. an orthopaedic
technician. Please ask your doctor if you are
using other products at the same time.

Pull the support up over the affected forearm,
always with the fastener facing outwards
(fig. 3).
In order to find the correct position for the
pad on your forearm pull your clenched fist
upwards if you have lateral epicondylitis, or
downwards if you have medial epicondylitis.
Place the pad on the tense muscles
(radialis = outside of the arm [lateral]), ulnaris
= inside of the arm [medial] so that the edge
of the support is about 5 cm from your elbow
joint (fig. 4).
Lay your forearm on a firm surface and
tighten the strap to the number that
corresponds to the circumference of your arm,
e.g., up to "6" for a forearm circumference of
29 cm (fig. 5). The support should now fit your
arm firmly without slipping or causing
constriction. You can adjust the pressure to
maintain your own personal comfort.
