Void of Warranty
The warranty rights granted in this warranty document are only applicable if there Is no damage or
deterioration resulting from use contrary to what is stated in the user manual.
• Our warranty does not apply if the attachments, modifications or other modifications are
made by the user on the product or in the case of defects in accessories, attachments or spare
parts that are not original parts of the Alkari brand.
• In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, the installation process must be carried out in
accordance with Alkari installation guidelines and therefore the supply energy and
environmental limit values must be complied and the chemical! or physical effect indicating
inappropriate use must not be determined on the sur‐ face of the product (for example, the
use of incorrect cleaners or sharp objects) and
• The product number of the product must not be removed or be unreadable. Request,
submission of original invoice, applicable law principles
1. In order to make use of the warranty rights, the product must be delivered or sent to Alkari.
The customer can only request a warranty by presenting the original sales invoice showing the
date of sale. Alkari will recommend a cargo company for the delivery or refurbishment of the
product and will cover the shipping costs invoiced by the recommended cargo company, in
case the customer decides on another cargo company, the costs incurred by the sender are
not covered by the manufacturer.
2. This guarantee is governed by Belgian law.
