Mould transfer: indicates after exactly how long (from the program start) the transfer of the dough to the
moulds will be requested. There is an acoustic signal (5 beeps + 10 beeps at the end of the 30 minutes
envisaged for the operation).
For program no.4, 70 minutes after the start
For program no.11, 90 minutes after the start
NOTE: the time needed for mould transfer cannot be reduced. DO NOT PRESS ANY
BUTTONS DURING THE PAUSE IN THE PROGRAM.
Blade extraction: indicates the exact moment when the mixing blade can be taken out in programs with
the "loaf" accessory, or seeds can be added to the surface of the bread.
The fact of taking out the blade makes it easier to remove the bread or cake from the container at the
end of the baking phase. In bread programs, the time indicated corresponds to the beginning of the last
