4.5. Dismantling the machine
Disconnect the machine from the electrical power supply and cut the power lead.
The machine is made of materials that can be re-used or recycled, the most important of
which is iron. Hand your machine over to an official materials recycling centre.
Help safeguard the environment by applying proper waste disposal practices to the
packaging of the machine too.
Your local authority will be able to provide you with information on best waste disposal
practices so as to ensure observation of environmental protection standards

4.7. Spare parts
So as to ensure safety and long-lasting product performance it is recommended that
you always use original spare parts.
It is recommended that repairs or specialised maintenance tasks be carried out by
specialised and authorised personnel only.
5. TERMS OF THE WARRANTY
The manufacturer guarantees the factory-new product for a period of 12 (months) from
the date of purchase.
NOTE: Check, at the time of purchase, that the machine is in good condition and has
been supplied complete with all its parts.
Any claims must be presented within 7 days of receiving the machine.
The warranty provides repair or replacement of defective parts free of charge.
NOTE: Part replacements or repairs carried out under warranty do not in any way give
the purchaser any right to an extension of the warranty period.
Replacements and repairs shall only be carried out under warranty where the purchaser
has complied with the terms of the warranty.
5.1. Aspects not covered by the warranty
The warranty is rendered null and void:

if an error imputable to the user is made,

if damages are imputable to insufficient or improper maintenance,

if damages have been caused by non-original spare parts or following repairs
carried out by the user without the manufacturer's authorisation,

if the instructions contained in this manual are not observed.

EC Directive 2006/42 of the European Parliament and Commission.
I, the undersigned, Castellari Enrico, production manager of Castellari S.r.l.,

rake Fenix L-C V2 complies with the essential health and safety requisites required by
