Troubleshooting
Problem
The steamer does
not heat up.
The steam
output is weak or
intermittent.

At the end of its working life, do not throw this device out with your household trash.
Electrical and electronic products contain substances that can have a detrimental
effect on the environment and human health if disposed of inappropriately. Observe
any local regulations regarding the disposal of electric products and dispose of it
appropriately for recycling. Contact your local authorities for advice on disposal
recycling facilities in your area.

Possible cause/solution
The steamer is not plugged in.
• Plug the power cord into a power outlet.
The power outlet is defective.
• Reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse. Contact a
licensed electrician for assistance.
The water level is low.
• Refill the steamer. See chapter "Filling the steamer with
water."
There is mineral build-up in the steamer.
• Remove the mineral build-up. See chapter "Removing
mineral build-up."
