WARNING: the tensioning of the two crawlers must be the
same. If crawler tensioning is not correct, crawlers will be
subject to quick wear; if too loose, they are likely to be
disengaged from the frame.
VERSION WITH HYDRAULIC TIPPING (on demand)
- Refill with new oil, if necessary, with the dumper in horizontal
position (down), through plug (6)
(HYDRAULIC OIL: ISO HM68)
- Carry out a thorough cleaning of the entire vehiclke, and
make sure that all components are properly secured.
- Oil all moving parts.
- Loosen the crawlers, so that they will not remain tensioned
for a long time.
- Engage the first gear.
- Put some tables under crawlers.
In winter carry out a thorough cleaning of the entire vehicle after use, to prevent failures or problems.
Park the vehicle on hard dry ground. Do not use the vehicle if any of its components are frozen.
Use a source of heat (not above 100°) to melt the ice.
This vehicle has been designed and manufactured according to the most advanced technology. The Manufacturer
warrants its products for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase, except for products intended for
professional continuous use, for the account of third parties, in which case the warranty shall apply for 12 months
from the date of purchase.
WARRANTY TERMS
1) This warranty shall apply as from the date of purchase. The Manufacturer will replace any parts defective in
material, workmanship and production free of charge. This warranty will not cover labor and machine replacement.
2) The technical staff will operate within the deadlines allowed by organizational requirements, and in all cases as
soon as practicable; no delay may result in claims or in the extension of the warranty period.
3) In order to request our assistance, submit the warranty certificate stamped by the retailer to our authorized after-
sales service staff, duly filled-in and accompanied by the relevant purchase invoice or voucher or any other proof of
purchase date.
4) The warranty will no longer be valid in the following cases:- lack of or improper maintenance
- improper use or tampering with of the vehicle- use of unfit lubricants or fuels- use of non-original spare parts or
accessories
- operations by unauthorized personnel
5) No warranty is given by the Manufacturer on parts subject to normal wear: crawlers, rollers, drive belts, spark
plug, brake, filters etc.
6) Any damage caused during transportation shall be promptly notified to the carrier; otherwise this warranty will
become null and void.
7) No damage or failure occurred during the warranty period will entitle the customer to discontinue any payment or
to obtain any discount.
8) The Manufacturer shall not be liable for direct or consequential damage to people or property caused by failures or
any prolonged shut-down of the vehicle.

- Remove protective casing (3)
- Loosen screws (1)
- Place pump (2) upwards, until the belt is tensioned.
- Screw up screws (1)
STORAGE
- Park the vehicle in a dry place, and cover it.
- Engine: remove all fuel from the tank and run engine until
it stops from lack of fuel..
- Change engine oil.
- Clean air filter.
- Remove spark plug and pour some oil into cylinder. Crank
slowly to distribute oil and reinstall spark plug.
