vacuum cleaner hose handle.
The combi nozzle has two settings: with
a brush for vacuuming hard floors
(parquet, tiles, linoleum, etc.) and
without a brush for vacuuming soft
floors (carpet, etc.). Press the button on
the combi nozzle to either vacuum with
a brush (
) or without a brush
(
) (see figure 4).
Vacuuming
1 The power cord has a yellow mark and
a red mark on it (see figure 5). Extend
the power cord beyond the yellow mark.
The red mark indicates the end of the
power cord. Never extend the cord
beyond the red mark. This could
damage the power cord.
2 Insert the plug into a plug socket and
switch ON the appliance with the On/Off
switch.
3 Use the vacuum cleaner tube with
handle to move the nozzle over the
surface to vacuum.
You can pull the appliance back and
forth with the vacuum hose.
You can lift the appliance using the
vacuum cleaner's handle.
4 Press the On/Off button to switch the
appliance OFF.
Remote Control
You can use the remote control on top of
the vacuum hose handle to control the
vacuum cleaner (see figure 6).
The remote control uses infrared light to
control the vacuum cleaner. Point the
infrared sender (30) to the receiver (31) on
the vacuum cleaner when using the remote
control.

The remote control has three buttons:
STOP Stops the appliance.

Starts up the appliance after it
has been stopped by the STOP
button on the remote control.
When running, each time the +
button is pressed, the power of
the appliance will be increased
till maximum power is reached.
It takes 5 steps to increase from
minimum to maximum power.

Starts up the appliance after it
has been stopped by the STOP
button on the remote control,
When running above minimum
power, each time the - button is
pressed, the power of the
appliance will be decreased till
minimum power is reached.
It takes 5 steps to decrease from
maximum to minimum power.
Note:
When the appliance is switched OFF with
the ON/OFF switch, the remote control will
not function.
Accessories
Besides the combi nozzle for cleaning
large surfaces, there is also a crevice tool,
to clean radiators, window frames,
crevices, small openings, etc.
The crevice tool is stored on the backside
of the vacuum cleaner.
Storing the appliance
1 Remove the plug from the plug socket.
2 Lightly hold the end of the power cord.
Press the cord rewind button and allow
the cord to gently slide through your
fingers back into the appliance.
Note! You must guide the cord whilst it
is rewinding. If you do not do so, the
cord may become tangled or the plug
may strike the back of the appliance.
This can damage the appliance or the
power cord.
