PROBLEM
I stopped seeing the introduc-
tion of the APP, in which the
three machines are presented.

TIP / SOLUTION
The introduction is shown only once to each user. If you
want to see it again, uninstall and reinstall APP. You will
not lose data from your workouts, because such infor-
mation is stored in the cloud. You do not worry. When
reinstalling you must login again with your personal data.
Keep passwords in a safe place.
RSP APP need internet connection to show its data and
workout history. These data are stored in the cloud and
the APP need Internet access to consult and show them.
Make sure you have an internet connection and that this
works correctly.
RSP APP gives you three seconds before removing the
data you have been told. Once you have removed that day
or training, the data will be permanently deleted.
• APP may not be compatible with your terminal or does
not take appropriate hardware (Bluetooth LTE).
• Reboot your phone and try again.
You can create the accounts you want without limit. The
APP can only be connected to an account at the same
time, you should logout to access with another account.
Open the app menu and you'll see your name down on
the left, click on it and you'll see a button to LOG OUT.
