Install the handle

Push the escutcheon over the valve.
Install the handle. Tighten the screw.
The screw must engage the slot
on the cartridge.
Install the spout
Remove the plug.
Push the spout sealing ring firmly into the spout
adapter (1).
Push the escutcheon and spout over the seal-
ing ring (2).
Tighten the screw (3).
Do not over-tighten the screw.
Over-tightening the screw will
cause a leak.
