Arm and Disarm Alarm Zones
* This option lets you arm or disarm the alarm Zones (up to 4) in the system.
- System Armed: Alarms detection system active.
The system sets off the alarm, generating the corresponding alert signals (acoustic alerts, guard unit
alert, Alarm Reception Centre...) when activity is deteced in any of the "Alarm Zones".
Arming is usually done when leaving the home.
- System Disarmed: Alarms detection system deactivated.
The system does NOT set off any alarm when activity is detected in one of the "Alarm Zones".
Disarming is usually done when the user is inside the home.
To Arm or Disarm the system, you must use the telephone keypad to enter an arming/disarming
code.

The default Master Code is «1234». The master Code can be changed for enhanced security.
See the «Change Master Code» section.
When arming the alarms system, the monitor uses acoustic alerts and luminous indicators to inform you on
the status of each alarm zone. (See «Check Alarm Zone Status» section).
IMPORTANT!!
1 - If, during general Arming of the system, one of the detectors in the installation is detecting, the system cannot
be armed until detection by the corresponding detector is terminated.
In this case, the monitor uses beeps to alert you that the Alarm Zone is detecting. The number of beeps generated
by the monitor indicates the Zone that is detecting (Example: 3 beeps = Zone 3).
2- Arming or disarming does not affect the alarm zones configured in «24 Hour Mode».
Zones configured as «24 Hours» set off the alarm every time their sensors are activated (regardless of arming or
disarming).
Alarm zones configured as 24 hours are usually those dedicated to detection of smoke, gas and water leaks,
etc..., i. e., those alarms that you want to set off even when the user is at home.
Check with your installer if there are any alarm Zones in «24 Hour Mode».
Notes: When carrying out arming/disarming, only the zones that have been configured as "Enabled" will be
armed. The kit comes configured from the factory with all the alarm zones Enabled, so it will only be necessary to
arm or disarm the system (entering the corresponding code) to activate alarms detection.
It is also possible to Enable/Disable Zones individually. For this, and other configurations, please consult your
installer.
