3.5 HP (Briggs & Stratton) or 4 HP (TRAPP / Lifan)

combustion engine.
The disc set is comprised of 12 fixed special steel

fixed blades to resist wear.
Pulleys and bearings with double shielding that do

not require grease.
Pulleys and belt transmission.

Belt stretcher system to facilitate maintenance and

replacement without the need of removing the
engine or cutting system.
Belt protection.

Back guard to prevent materials from hitting the user,

or to be in contact with moving spikes during work,
this guard cannot be removed.
Natural grass
It is recommended that you use the aerator on

natural lawn with dry grass and cut between 30 mm
and 50 mm high.
After using the aerator on natural grass, use a

TRAPP garden broom or blower to remove the
material to prevent it from accumulating again and
causing the passage of nutrients to be hindered.
There are 5 height adjustments depending on the

need and where the machine is used, see instructions
on page 41 "Aeration height".
It is recommended to leave a time gap between

aerations so that the lawn is renewed and gets
greener. The excess or lack of maintenance could
damage the lawn.
The dust resulting from work on natural grass

should be cleaned every operation to prevent
damage to the equipment, primarily in moving
parts as wheels, engine and belt.
For best results work in the opposite direction

of natural grass.
If minimum adjustment (-5.7 mm) is set the

disc set will have greater contact with the soil,
which may occur a more intense noise due to
the impact of the fixed blades with the ground
and disc set spindle.
Its performance is 600 to 1,000 m

Ergonomic handle with residual circuit breaker to

prevent accidents, since the switch is released as
the engine shuts down.
Height adjustment system with 5 adjustments:

-5.7 mm, -1.5 mm, 2.5 mm, 6.3 mm, 9.7 mm.
Polypropylene wheels with rubber tires and

sintered padding to prevent premature wear; do not
require lubrication.
Polymerized polyester powder painting in 220 °C

oven ensuring durability and better finishing.
Artificial grass
The aerator includes 5 positions for height adjustment

of the disc; however, for synthetic lawns is
recommended to use up to 4 positions for best
performance and to prevent damage to synthetic
carpet.
It is recommended to leave a time gap to prevent

wearing of the Artificial grass.
On open courts, use AR-40 without the accumulated

water on the synthetic carpet, so it is not
recommended to work on rainy days.
Where there are seams, follow in the same direction

as the seam or square demarcations, preventing the
aerator from damaging the synthetic blanket.
The dust resulting from work on natural grass should

be cleaned every operation to prevent damage to the
equipment, primarily in moving parts as wheels,
engine and belt.
When using minimum adjustment (-1.5 mm), which

is the fourth adjustment position, a more intense
noise may occur due to the impact of the fixed
blades with synthetic carpet and the disc set spindle.
Its performance is 600 to 1,000 m
