LOW OIL SENSOR

The engine is equipped with an oil sensor. If
the oil level becomes lower than required, the
sensor will activate a warning device and stop
the engine. If the machine turns off and the
oil level is within specifications, check that the
pressure washer is not placed at an angle that
forces the oil level to change.
Place the pressure washer in an even area to
correct this problem. If it doesn't start, the oil
level could not be enough to shut off the auto-
matic "low oil" switch. Make sure the oil cap is
in the correct level.

STARTING THE PRESSURE WASHER

Follow these instructions to safely start your
pressure washer:
1. Check engine oil level; fill to recommended
level if necessary. Check gasoline level fill if
necessary.
2. This pressure washer comes with a pump
quick connect coupling. It allows you to quick-
ly connect or disconnect the garden hose from
the pump. Pulling the mid ring will disconnect
the quick connect coupling. Connect garden
hose to the pump quick connect coupling
and TURN WATER ON. The water supply must
provide a minimum of 4 GPM at 20 PSI or the
pump may be damaged.
3. Squeeze gun trigger. This will allow air to
escape from the hose in order to prime the
pump. Squeeze trigger until there is a steady
flow of water.
4. Turn engine switch to the "On" position.
5. Open fuel valve ("On" position).
6. Close the Choke lever by moving the lever to
the "CLOSE" position. Also move the throttle
lever to its maximum setting (towards the left).
7. Locate recoil cord and pull slowly until resis-
tance is felt. At this point, pull rapidly to start
engine. Repeat if necessary.
8. Once engine starts, moving the lever to the
"Open" position.
9. If motor fails to start, repeat steps 3-8.

HOW TO STOP

· Release spray gun trigger and let engine idle
for two minutes.
· Move throttle control lever on engine to
"Stop" position.
· ALWAYS point spray gun in a safe direction.

IMPORTANT: Spray gun traps high water
pressure, even when engine is stopped and
water is disconnected.
NOZZLE
Installing Nozzles to Spray Wand
• Pull slip ring on female quick-connect fitting
of spray wand back.
• Insert male quick-connect fitting on pressure
nozzle into female quick-cople on spray wand.
• Release slip ring on female quick-cople and
twist. Listen for "click" to ensure both quick-
connects are coupled.
• Pull high pressure nozzle and spray wand
in opposite direction to qensure they do not
separate.
ALERT: To prevent damage to your surface
and to select an appropriate nozzle size for
your application, always start with lowest pres-
sure nozzle size (White) and continue chang-
ing to the higher nozzle size until the best
work result is achieved.
The pressure washer comes furnished with five
spray nozzles. Each nozzle is color coded and
delivers a specific spray pattern and pressure
for a particular cleaning job. The size of the
nozzle determines the size of the fan spray and
the pressure out of the nozzle.
WARNING: Pressure washer produces fluid
pressures and velocities high enough to pen-
etrate human and animal flesh which could
result in serious injury or amputation.
Do not point pressure washer in direction of
people or animals. High velocity fluid spray can
cause objects to break, propelling particles at
high speeds.
0° Nozzle (Red): This
nozzle delivers a pin-
point stream of pres-
surized water and is
extremely powerful.
It covers only a small area of cleaning. This
nozzle should only be directed at surfaces that
can withstand high pressure such as metal or
concrete. Do not use this nozzle to clean wood.
