trigger 16 at that time, the cutting head remains closed until
the operator presses again the trigger 16. This option can be
disabled by pressing the joystick "command: PUSH".
""NON PROGRESSIVE MODE" MENU (FELCO 801 AND
FELCO 820 ONLY)
REG ON = POWERPACK FELCO 880 is factory set to the
option of operating the blade 17 in progressive mode
(Trigger 16 activating proportionally blade 17). However, it is
possible to work in non-progressive mode, same as with
pneumatic pruning shears by disabling this option via the
joystick (PUSH command).
CAUTION
This non progressive mode IS ACTIVE only if the tool is
activated. Once the tool is turned off, the mode returns
automatically to progressive.
TROUBLESHOOTING
"DIAGNOSTIC" MENU (FELCO 801, FELCO 820, 800 OR
Allows you to enter the menu of diagnostics and
troubleshooting. You can access this submenu by activating
the joystick using "PUSH" and you can exit the menu using
any of the functions of the joystick. The diagnostics of the
tool and the battery(ies) are performed automatically in
sequence. Each diagnostic procedure is executed in a loop
until the user touches the joystick in any way.
CAUTION
To run complete diagnostics, a FELCO electro portable tool
must be plugged. The diagnostics made in this way must
always be validated by an authorized dealer, who has
privileged access to the online FELCO advanced diagnostics
platform.

This test verifies whether the battery 09 is working properly,
or not. If everything works correctly, the status will be: OK.

CAUTION
If only one battery 09 is connected, the test of the other
battery 09 will have the status: KO.
If a battery 09 is in "storage" mode and is connected to the
control housing 04, the battery 09 status will be: KO. To
remedy this, refer to chapter "INITIAL USE".

This test allows the verification of the power at motor level,
connection level and power cord 02 level (broken power
cord, or general problems of the power cord). If everything
works correctly, the status will be: POWER LINE OK.

trigger circuit, connection level and power cord 02 level
(broken power cord, or general problems of the power cord).

A self-test of the control housing 04 is performed. This allows
the detection of certain errors. If everything works correctly,
the status of this test will be: MAIN DRIVE OK.
ALARMS DURING OPERATION
During operation of the tool, it may stop. This stop may be
due to a technical problem and if this is the case, it is
necessary to visit your authorized dealer. Only the alarms
described below do not require direct intervention:
TEMPERATURE PROBLEM

This alarm occurs if any of the following components
becomes too hot: Battery 09, control housing 04, or motor.
The power output is automatically reduced until the
temperature of these components drops back to the correct
values.
AUDIBLE NOTIFICATIONS

housing 04 of POWERPACK FELCO 880:
