Dear Customer,
Thank you for purchasing the POWERPACK FELCO 880.
Properly operated and maintained, this package and its
contents will give you years of satisfaction.
It is IMPERATIVE to read this manual in its entirety
before using the tool, or proceeding to maintenance
operations. Follow carefully the instructions and
illustrations provided in this document.
Throughout this User manual, you shall find warnings and
information with the following headings: NOTE, WARNING or
CAUTION. A NOTE provides further information, clarifies a
point, or explains a step to be followed in detail. The
WARNING, or CAUTION indication is used to identify a
procedure which, if neglected or performed improperly, can
result in property damage and/or serious injury. The
WARRANTY warning indicates that if the procedures or
instructions are not complied with, the damage is not covered
by warranty and repair costs will be borne by the owner.
On the various components, safety signs also point to the
guidelines to be adopted for safety. Locate and read these
signs before using the POWERPACK. Immediately replace
any damaged or partially unreadable sign.
Refer to the "SAFETY MARKINGS" for the list of safety signs
affixed on the various components.
No part of this manual may be reproduced without the written
permission of FELCO SA. The technical features and
illustrations in this manual are provided solely for guidance
and are not binding in any way. Company FELCO SA
reserves the right to proceed to any modification or
improvement to its products, as it deems necessary, without
any prior notification to customers who already own a similar
model. This manual is an integral part of the tool and must
accompany it in case of transfer.

SAFETY MEASURES
• POWERPACK FELCO 880 is a device designed
exclusively for the power supply and operation of
electro portable FELCO tools (see illustration A on
page 4).
• Company FELCO SA waives any responsibility in the
event of damages caused as a result of inappropriate
use, other than the one prescribed.
• Company FELCO SA further declines any responsibility
for damages arising from the use of non-original parts
or accessories.
SECURITY MEASURES RELATED TO THE USE OF
THE CHARGER 11 AND THE BATTERY 09
• When operating, the temperature of the charger 11 can
reach +60°C (+140°F). There must be no flammable
material within 1.5 meters of the charger 11 and the
battery 09.
• Keep the charger 11 and the battery 09 out of reach of
children and on a non-combustible support.
• Do not prevent it from cooling.
• Do not use or leave the battery 09 near a source of
heat (> +80°C / +176°F).
• Do not leave the battery 09 in strong sunlight.
• Do not expose the battery 09 to microwaves or high
pressure.
• Do not immerse the battery 09 in water.
• The charger 11 delivered with the tool is intended
exclusively for charging the Li-Po battery 09 of the
FELCO 880 POWERPACK. Do not charge non-
rechargeable batteries or batteries from other
manufacturers.
• The battery 09 must be charged in a dry ventilated
room where the temperature is between +10°C (+50°F)
and +25°C (+77°F) maximum, and protected from
humidity.
• If the battery 09 is not used for 14 days, it automatically
