To replace the pen nib proceed as follows:

In case of a fault, please note the following:
• Support can be found for potential problems at the Silvercrest service
portal (www.silvercrest.cc).
• You can also call our hotline (see page 135). Please note that the hotline
can not carry out hardware and software training. The service personnel
will support you by phone to help you remedy the problem. When calling
the hotline, please have the following information to hand:

The serial number (S/N) of the device. This is given on the underside
of the pen pad.

Your proof of purchase.
1. Grip the nib (O) with the nib ex-
tractor (Q) and pull the nib out of
the pen.
2. Push a new nib (O) as far as
possible into the pen.
