Startup
Unpacking
1. Remove the appliance, all accessory
parts and the user manual from the box.
2. Remove all packaging materials and pro-
tective foils from the product and the acces-
sories before using it for the first time.
3. Check for visible signs of damage or mis-
sing items.
NOTE

Never remove the rating plate or any
warning signs on the appliance.

Keep the original packaging during the
guarantee period in order to pack the appli-
ance properly in the event of a guarantee
or warranty claim. Transport damage will
invalidate the warranty or guarantee.
Before using for the first time
Before using the appliance for the first
time, heat it up once for approx. 15 minutes
with the window open to remove any
production residue (grease).

Set the highest temperature.
2.
Set the cooking time to 15 minutes.
3. After the time has elapsed, open the oven
door and allow the hot air to dissipate.
4. Pull the plug out of the mains socket.
5. Allow the appliance to cool down comple-
tely.
6. Clean the appliance as described in
the section Cleaning and maintenance.
NOTE
When using for the first time, it is possible
that production-related additives such as
grease could cause slight odour or smoke.
This is completely normal! Ensure sufficient
ventilation.
