ASSEMBLY
Assembly is quick and easy from the inside of the cold room.
In few hours the cold room will be operative, working cleanly, simply and without the need of cutting.
The elements of the cold room are secured using the simple connection of two catches inserted in the panels.
In addition, the vertical panels and the ceiling panels are interchangeable.

Description of the componentes :

Ventilations Strips (Piece A – Optional)

In order to ease the air circulation and confirm a good
levelling of the base of the cold room we suggest you
place the ventilation strips.
Floor Panels (Piece B)
Are always composed by a white exterior side and an
interior which must vary according to the finishing
required for the floor of the cold room.

Angles for cold rooms with Floor (Piece C2)

Used for cold rooms with floor. They are identified by
rectangular section profiles.

Vertical Angles (Piece C3)

Pay attention to the fact that vertical angles are easily
mistaken with the ceiling angles since both have a
square section with a rounded corner.

NOTE: On the contrary to the ceiling angles, the
distance between the end of the vertical angles and
the centre of the first fixing angles ALWAYS superior
to 200 mm.

They have the same characteristics to the vertical
angles of the square section. DIMENSIONS 60 x 60 /
85 x 85 / 105 x 105 / 150 x 150 mm*)
NOTE: They can also be placed as the vertical panels
are being installed.
Vertical Panels (Piece D)
According to the given layout of your cold room,
you can identify every type of panels and its correct
position.
Ceiling Panels (Piece G)
As a general rule they are bigger than all of which
were assembled, as normally each one of them fills
completely the width of each cold room.
Skirting and PVC coving sections (Piece H)
Installed in the whole interior of the room it will make
the cleaning easier and it will confirm the total
hygiene guarantee.
Exterior Corners of Union (Piece I)
For a better finish and appearence of your new cold
room, exterior corners of union of easy fit and in
washable material are supplied.
Omega Ceiling Supports (Piece J)
They will only be installed in coldrooms with a width
superior to 3,2m. so that it can guarantee a perfect
stability of the coldroom. They will be installed
between the ceiling panel and fixed directly in the
ceiling divisions. ( See Matrix Technical Specifications )
