zirconium oxides.
▪ Sintering program with dwell phase at 900 °C
and defined cooling. Particularly for large and
massive frames on which the connected
remaining blank is also sintered.

▪ The program is preset to 1500 °C, 2 hours
dwell time and a heating rate of 10 °C/min (not
material-specific).

When the maximal temperature of
1530 °C is set, a maximal heating rate of
8 °C/min is recommended, in order to pre-
vent ageing of the heating rods. Continu-
ous operation of the furnace at 1530 °C
leads to premature ageing and glazing of
the heating rods!
