Cracks in the insulation
The furnace insulation consists of a high-
grade, fire-resistant material. Due to the
thermal expansion, cracks develop in the
insulation after only a few heating cycles.
However, these do not have an influence
on the function or quality of the furnace.
8.1

Malfunctions

▷ In case of malfunctions, contact the manufac-
turer's Technical Service.
8.2

Repairs

Repairs may be carried out only by trained, spe-
cialised personnel.
Replacing a fuse
▷ Switch the furnace off and pull the mains plug.
▷ Wait until the furnace has cooled to room tem-
perature.
▷ On the rear side of the furnace, turn the fuse
holder in anticlockwise direction and pull it out
(bayonet lock).
▷ Replace the defective fuse against an identical
one (see Page 35).
▷ Insert fuse holder with new fuse in furnace rear
wall and lock it by twisting in clockwise direc-
tion.

Warranty

The warranty complies with the statutory provi-
sions. For more information, please refer to our
General Terms of Business.
In addition, it also applies that warranty and liabil-
ity claims are excluded for personal and property
damage, when these can be attributed to one or
more of the following causes:
_ Each person involved with operating, mounting,
maintaining, repairing the system must have
read and understood the User Manual. No liabil-
ity shall be assumed whatsoever for damages
and operating malfunctions resulting from non-
observance of the User Manual.
_ Use of the system not in accordance with the
intended use.
_ Improper mounting, starting-up, operation and
maintenance of the system.
_ Operation of the system with defective safety
devices or improperly mounted or inoperable
safety and protective devices.
_ Non-observance of the notes in the User Manual
in terms of transport, storage, assembly, start-
ing-up, operation, maintenance and equipping
the system.
_ Unauthorised modifications to the system.
_ Unauthorised modification of the operating
parameters.
_ Original parts and accessories are designed
especially for this furnace. When exchanging
components, use only original parts. Otherwise,
the warranty shall become void. For damages
caused by the use of non-original parts, the
manufacturer shall exclude any and all liability.
_ Disaster cases caused through foreign bodies
and force majeure.
