TEMPERATURE SELECTION:

Check whether the garment you are going to iron has a label indicating
the ironing temperature. We recommend you classify the garments accor-
ding to their required ironing temperature and begin with the garments
that are ironed with the lowest temperature (
– SYNTHETIC FIBRES, minimum temperature (
– SILK, WOOL, medium temperature (
– LINEN, COTTON, high temperature (
N.B. Ironing delicate garments at a temperature higher than necessary
spoils the fabric and causes burnt residue to stick to the soleplate.

IRONING WITH STEAM:

• With the iron unplugged from the mains, slide the steam control Fig.1 (2)
to the closed position Fig. 2.
• Open the water filler hole Fig.1 (3). Fill the tank with water (no additives)
without exceeding the maximum level, using the beaker provided and keeping
the iron in the horizontal position Fig. 3. When the tank is full, close the cap.
