Safety Instructions
Keep this device away from children and unauthorized users.
This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above, and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning the use of the device in a safe way and understand
the hazards involved. Children shall not play with the device. Cleaning and user maintenance
shall not be made by children without supervision.
There are no user serviceable parts inside the fixture. Refer to an authorized dealer for service
and/or spare parts.
Do not crimp the power cord and protect it against damage. If the supply cord is damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to
avoid a hazard.
Do not use the device when noticing damage to housing or cables. Do not attempt to service the
device yourself but contact an authorised dealer.
Always disconnect mains power when device is not in use or when servicing or during maintenance
activities. When unplugging from the mains, only handle the power cord by the plug.
Class II: this device is designed with double insulation.
Always wear eye and ear protection, gloves and a dust mask when using this device.

Work Area
Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Cluttered and dark areas invite accidents.
Do not operate electric devices in explosive atmospheres and in the presence of flammable liquids, gases or
dust.
Keep bystanders and children away while operating the device. Distractions can cause you to lose control of
the device.
Electrical Safety
Never modify the plug or power cord in any way. Do not use adapters with earthed devices.
Avoid any body contact with earthed or grounded surfaces such as pipes, radiators, cookers and
refrigerators. There is an increased risk of electric shock if your body is earthed or grounded.
Do not expose the device to rain or wet conditions. Water entering the device will increase the risk of
electric shock.
When using the device outside, use an extension cable suitable for outside use.
