7.3 - GENERAL CARE

a) Keep the cabinet and the grids, as well as the area
around the unit as clean as possible.
b) Periodically clean the condenser coil with a soft brush.
If the fins are too dirty use low-pressure water or air in
the direction opposite to the air flow. Be careful not to
damage the fins. If they are creased, it is advisable to
use a proper fin comb to correct the problem.
c) Check the setting of the connections and other fixtures,
preventing vibrations, losses and noises.
d) Make sure the insulation of the plated parts and piping
are at the proper location and in good conditions.
e) Periodically check if the voltage and the phase imbalance
is within the specific limits.
f) Check if the Y filter and the water supply line are clean.
g) Check the operation of the cold water flow valve.

7.4 - REFRIGERANT CHARGE

These units are shipped with full refrigerant R-22 charge.
In case a lack of refrigerant is found a equipment already
charged, proceed as indicated in the flowchart below:
Never load refrigerant in the state for the side low pressure
of the system.
