To locate and identify the type of fault, simply press (ok).
You will see the name of the faulty product displayed.
Select the faulty product.
Press (ok) a second time. The reason for the fault is
displayed.
Press (ok) once again to return to the list of faulty products.
List of possible faults:
Screen display
Obstacle
Thermal
Local
Radio
Fault
Order interrupted A different order sent by another control point.
Door open
System key
Wind
A fault remains displayed on-screen until the display
switches off (after 3 minutes). It is however possible to
refer back to the fault triggered by the last order by going to
Menu > Faults

You can isolate a product without changing your
programming. From the local remote control (Situo A/M),
move the cursor to "manual mode" position (
When the next scenario is started, Impresario Chronis io will
display a fault. This is because the product concerned will
not react to orders from the Impresario Chronis io.

Cause of the fault
Stoppage caused by an obstacle. The shutter has encountered an obstacle.
If the obstacle was encountered going up, send a down order to remove the
fault.
Motor thermal cut out. After excessive use, the motor cuts out to protect itself.
Let it cool down for 15 minutes.
Motor in "Local" mode (refer to the special case below).
Motor does not respond, the motor may be out of range or not powered.
Various faults.
Door open condition detected (for the lock control unit).
The remote control transmitter and the motor or receiver do not have the same
system key.
Active wind order.
