Using the Wall-Mounted Door Control
Press the push button to open or close the door.
Press again to reverse the door during the
closing cycle or to stop the door while it's
opening.
To Openthe Door Manually
To prevent possible SERIOUSINJURYor DEATHfrom a falling
garage door:
* If possible, use emergency release handle to disengage
trolley ONLY when garage door is CLOSED.Weak or broken
springs or unbalanced door could result in an open door
falling rapidly and/or unexpectedly.
* NEVERuse emergency releasehandle unless garage
doorway is clear of persons and obstructions.
* NEVERuse handle to pull door open or closed. If rope knot
becomes untied, you could fall.
DISCONNECT THE TROLLEY:
The door should be fully closed
if possible. Pull down on the
emergency releasehandle (so
that the trolley releasearm snaps
into a vertical position) and lift
the door manually.
The lockout feature prevents the
trolley from reconnecting
automatically, and the door can
be raised and lowered manually
as often as necessary.
TO RE-CONNECT THE TROLLEY:
Pull the emergency release
handle toward the opener at an
angle so that the trolley release
arm is horizontal. The trolley will
reconnect on the next UP or
DOWNoperation, either manually
or by using the door control or
remote control.
