List of Failures and Inspections:
Failure What to inspect

Water does not If the power is off and the fuse is burnt
flow in - If the water supply is cut off or the water pressure is too low
- If the water inlet hose is properly connected and the water
tap is open
- If the filter of the inlet valve is blocked by dirt

If the coil of the inlet valve is damaged (A slight sound is
normal when the valve is switched open)

If the start/pause button is pressed alter the power switch is
pressed
Does not wash - If the power is off and the fuse is burnt

If the voltage is too low
- If the water reaches the required level (The washer will not
work unless the water reaches the required level)
- If it is set to "Delay" washing mode (It will not start until the
selected time is reached)
Abnormal - If the water drain hose is placed too high
- If the end of the water drain hose is blocked

If the internal rubber ring of the drain valve is blocked by dirt

Abnormal spin If the lid is closed
- Is clothes pile up at one side of the barrel or there are
excessive clothes in the washer
- If the washer is not placed on a steady and horizontal
surface (the surface is not flat)

If the motor belt is loose
Note: If clothes move towards one side of the barrel during the spin process, it may
cause an unbalance in the spinning process resulting in bumping. When this happens,
the computer inside the washer detects the imbalance and corrects it automatically
(filling with water). If the unbalance situation is not solved after three continuous auto
corrections, the computer cannot correct the problem and the user must remove and
rearrange the clothes inside the barrel.

If the washer does not work properly and shows an error message on the display or sounds
an alarm, please check and correct the error as follows:

1. Overflow alarm: washing water drain valve remains open until manual intervention (shutoff).
2. Once the alarm stops, the washer returns to its previous status, prior to the alarm indication.
3. Code E6: Directly unplug the power and lift the lid open. If the lid is open, press the power button.
