Before Installing
Attach the included spacers to the four corners of the bases
of the front speakers and subwoofer. This makes the
speakers less likely to slip, improve the stability of the
installation, and enables better sound.
0 The front speakers may also be attached to the wall with
the included wall mount brackets. (
Instructions on how to Connect Speakers
Connect the included speaker cables with ends with the red
tubing attached to the + jacks on the main unit and the front
speakers. If connection is wrong, the phase reverses and
this makes it harder to output bass. After inserting the
speaker cables, tighten the terminals firmly by turning to the
right. Also make sure the exposed wires of the speaker
cable do not stick out of the speaker terminals when
connecting. If the exposed wires of the speaker cable touch
the rear panel or the + and – wires touch each other, the
protection circuit may be activated and the power may turn
off. (
P48)
The connection between the main unit and the subwoofer is
wireless. Put the subwoofer within 32 ft. (10 m) of the main
unit. The directionality of subwoofers, where hearing
discerns the direction of sound, is weak, so you will get the
same effect from the subwoofer wherever you decide to put
it in the room.
