MACHINE CHARACTERISTICS

The TUBOMATIC H48 EL is suitable for crimping pipes used in hydraulic circuits.
This machine is simple and reliable and requires no maintenance other than a periodic
lubrification.
The machine is composed of:
• Metal frame which supports the mini hydraulic unit and the swaging unit.
• Swaging unit, consisting of a double effect cylinder, with a piston that has a conical
interior, in contact with clamps in special steel. These clamps, when the piston
advances, grip the section of hose applying power that is uniformly distributed on the
bush.
• Drive unit comprising a double-acting high pressure mini hydraulic unit, complete with
oil tank.
