RECIPES
With the SNACKS ON A STICK PARTY KIT you can make the same savory or
sweet treats found at state fairs right in your own kitchen! Use the following
recipes or create your own delicious snacks. Be creative and have fun!

Insert stick in center and place snack in the wells on the Lower Cooking Surface.

Close and lock lid – most snacks bake in just 5-8 minutes!

Enjoy your freshly baked snacks with your favorite dipping sauces!
STEAK ON A STICK
•
½ Cup Soy Sauce
•
¼ Cup Olive Oil
•
¼ Cup Water
•
2 Tbsp. Molasses
•
2 Tsp. Mustard
Powder
•
1 Tsp. Ground Ginger
•
½ Tsp. Garlic Powder
•
½ Tsp. Onion Powder
•
2 Pounds Flank Steak,
Cut into Thin Strips
•
Bamboo Sticks
CHICKEN ON A STICK
•
2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
•
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
•
2 Tbsp. Reduced
Sodium Soy Sauce
•
4 Garlic Cloves,
minced
•
2 Tsp. Honey
•
1 Tsp. Ground Cumin
•
1 Tsp. Ground
Coriander
•
½ Tsp. Ground Ginger
•

Pound Boneless

Skinless Chicken
Breast, cut into strips
•
Bamboo Sticks
In large resealable bag, combine soy sauce, olive
oil, water, molasses, mustard powder, ginger, garlic
powder and onion powder. Seal and shake the
bag to mix. Add steak strips to the bag and seal.
Refrigerate for a minimum of 8 hours to marinate.
Preheat the SNACKS ON A STICK maker as directed.
Thread marinated meat onto sticks. Place in
preheated wells of Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the Lid and cook for 5-8 minutes
or until cooked through.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove steak with a wooden or plastic kitchen utensil.
Place the chicken strips into a resealable bag.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all the
ingredients (except chicken).
Pour approximately

cup of the marinade into the

bag with the chicken. Turn to coat. Refrigerate for 3-4
hours. Cover and refrigerate the remaining marinade.
Drain the marinade from the chicken. Thread the chicken
strips onto sticks. Brush with reserved marinade.
Preheat the SNACKS ON A STICK maker as
directed. Thread meat onto sticks. Place in
preheated wells of Lower Cooking Surface.
Close the Lid and cook for 5-8 minutes,
or until no longer pink in center.
Open Lid with a pot holder or oven mitt.
Remove chicken with a wooden or plastic kitchen utensil.
