Now quarter the bell peppers and remove
the seeds. Peel and halve the onion and
chop both at low speed. Now add the
chopper peppers/onion to the white cab-
bage. Then pour the sugar, vinegar and oil
into a saucepan and boil this mixture and
finally pour this mixture over the cabbage
mixture while still hot. Close the bowl with
the finished cabbage salad and allow to
stand for approx. 24 hours. Stir occasion-
ally.
Grating disc

The grating disc (12) is particularly suit-
able for grating dry foods such as Parme-
san cheese or chocolate.
NOTE

The processing result can be op-
timised by cooling the food before
grating.
Proceed as follows to grate food:
Put the spindle attachment (10) onto
the drive spindle of the motor unit (4)
(detail A).
Put the jug (7) onto the motor unit (4)
with the handle to the right and turn
the jug clockwise until it audibly snaps
in (detail B).
Put the grater attachment (12) onto
the spindle attachment (10).
Put the jug lid (6) onto the jug (7) and
lock it by turning it clockwise until it
audibly snaps in (detail D).

NOTE
►
Make sure that the jug (7) and
the jug lid (6) are seated properly,
otherwise the appliance cannot be
operated (safety switch).
Put the food to be rasped into the fill-
ing shaft of the jug lid (6).
Insert the plug into the mains socket
and turn the rotary switch (5) to im-
pulse or continuous operation.
Push the food downwards with the
pusher (8) until the filling shaft is
empty (detail E).
CAUTION

Observe the maximum operating
time of 2 minutes.

Allow the appliance to cool down for
1 minute.
Refilling:
Switch off the appliance.
Take out the pusher (8) and fill the
shaft of the jug lid (6) with more food.
NOTE
►
Pay attention to the maximum filling
quantity in the jug (7).

Before emptying the jug, remove the
grating disc (12).
