Do not twist the power cord or wind it

In the event that you decide to dispose of

the appliance, we advise you to make it
inoperative by cutting off the power cord.

OPERATION PRECAUTIONS

Do not use slices of bread that are too thin or broken.
•
Do not insert food products that may drip during toasting. It can cause fire.
It is also important to clean the crumb tray (F) before use.

Do not insert food products that are too large by forcing them in.
•
Do not insert metallic utensils to remove bread. They could damage the
resistors of the appliance. RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCKS.
PRIOR TO FIRST USE
•
Wipe the external surfaces with a damp cloth and let the appliance dry.
•
Turn on the appliance, and allow it to complete an entire toasting cycle without
any bread in the slot, in order to remove any oil residue from the manufacture.
Notice: The first few times you are using the appliance, you may experience a
small amount of smoke or odour. This is due to the excess material from the
manufacturing process being burnt off. It is completely normal, and the smoke/
smell will soon disappear.
