LEd display (A)
The display shows 9 LED lights, which light up according to the selected toasting
level 1 – 9.
During toasting, the LED lights are counting down, e.g. when the display shows
0 LED lights, the toasting is complete. In DEFROST mode the LED lights will be
flashing, i.e. when level 5 + DEFROST is selected, 5 LED lights are flashing.
In REHEAT mode all 9 LED lights will be flashing from left to right.

Toaster operation
Normal mode
Ensure the lever (E) is in up position before plugging the appliance into the wall
outlet. Put the slices of bread into the slot. Press down the lever (E) to start toasting.
The LED display (A) will light up. The preset toasting level is 5. Within 10 seconds
from start, you can change the level by pressing UP or DOWN (B) to select between
toasting level 1 – 9. Upon expiration of the selected toasting level, the LED lights
will be extinguished and the bread is automatically ejected.
Notice
Your preferred toasting level is saved in the memory for easy continuous toasting
operation. However, if you press the STOP button or switch off the main power,
the memory will be lost and the toasting level returns to default settings (level 5).
To change the level, simply press UP or DOWN (B) as described above.
Reheat mode
If you wish to reheat already toasted bread, press the lever (E) and press the REHEAT
button (C) within 10 seconds. All 9 LED lights will be flashing from left to right.
NOTE: When you use the reheat function, the toasting level cannot be changed.
Defrost mode
Press the lever (E) to start defrosting. Press the DEFROST button (C) and within 10
seconds press UP or DOWN to select between toasting level 1 – 9. The LED lights
will be flashing and counting down from right to left during operation.
Bun warmer
If you wish to toast e.g. buns or croissants, the bun warmer (G) is easily placed on
top of the appliance.
Crumb tray
The automatic pull out and auto lock functions of the crumb tray (F) make it easy
to clean and assemble. Do never use the appliance without the crumb tray.
Clean the crumb tray after use. The tray is

removed by pressing the button "PRESS" (F).
Brush the crumbs away and wipe with
a damp cloth.
Positioning the appliance
• Always place the appliance on a level, dry, stable and heat-resistant surface.
• Always place the appliance at the back of a kitchen counter and in a safe
distance from flammable objects such as curtains, table cloths or similar.
• The appliance must not be placed or stored near other heating sources.
• Do not cover.
