• IMPORTANT: "Isofix Base" is a car fixing
base for use exclusively in combination
with the "Primo Viaggio tri-fix" car safety
seat .
• IMPORTANT: "Isofix Base" must never
be used in combination with the "Primo
Viaggio" or "Primo Viaggio SIP" car safety
seats.
• IMPORTANT: The "Isofix Base" 0+ unit
must be installed facing opposite to the
normal forward movement of the car, on
seats without airbags. Do not install "Isofix
Base" on backward facing seats or seats
facing each other.
• "Isofix Base" ensures improved safety and
easier correct installation of the "Primo Viaggio
tri-fix" car safety seat.
• "Isofix Base" "Semi-Universal" category class E.
• Ensure that the vehicle is fitted with an Isofix
system. Check the list of car models provided
with the product.
• "Isofix Base" is fixed to the Isofix attachments in
the car located between the car seat and the
backrest.
• The "Primo Viaggio tri-fix" car safety seat
connects easily to the "Isofix Base" thanks to
the Ganciomatic System, which also allows the
car safety seat to be attached to Peg-Pérego
strollers and chassis.
• The "Primo Viaggio tri-fix" group 0+ car safety
seat has been subjected to all safety tests and
is approved under European standard ECE
R44/04, for children of weight from 0 to 13 kg
(0 to 12-14 months).

the installation instructions for the car

• Install this group 0+ safety seat base facing
opposite to the normal forward movement of
the vehicle.
• Death or serious injury can result if this safety
seat base is installed on seats with airbags.
• Eliminate danger by disabling airbags
surrounding the position of the car safety seat.
• In the case of rotating or movable seats it
is important to install the car safety seat
base facing opposite to the normal forward
movement of the vehicle.
• When travelling take special care to make sure
that luggage or other objects do not injure the
child in the safety seat in the case of accidents.
• Do not use installation methods different from
those indicated. This would result in the risk of
detachment from the seat.
• Base for car safety seat group 0+, category
"Semi-Universal" class E, approved under
European standard ECE R44/04 for children
of weight from 0 to 13 kg (0 to 12-14
months). For use only In vehicles fitted with
ISOFIX approved attachments (for details
see the list of car models fitted with ISOFIX
attachment systems). Check the vehicle's use
and maintenance manual to see whether
it is compatible with ISOFIX child retention
systems.

• Do not remove the adhesive labels: this may
render the product non compliant with
regulations.
• Do not use this base for car safety seats if it
shows signs of breakage or there are parts
missing, if it is second hand, or if it has been
subjected to violent stress in an accident,
because it may have suffered extremely
dangerous structural damage.
