Fitting the semi−rotary drive with a mounting bridge you will require:
a mounting bridge
a shaft extension.
1. Align the mounting bridge so that its steps
face the direction of the longitudinal axis of
the semi−rotary drive and, if applicable, the
open side of the mounting bridge must
face the processing valve.
2. Fasten the mounting bridge on the semi−
rotary drive. Do not yet tighten the screws.
3. Pass the shaft extension through the
mounting bridge into the star−shaped
coupling on the bottom of the semi−rotary
drive. Make sure that the shaft extension
sits in the coupling without beling tilted.
4. Fasten the semi−rotary drive with mounting
bridge and shaft extension to the connect
ing flange of the processing valve. Make
sure here that the square of the processing
valve sits in the star−shaped coupling of the
semi−rotary drive without being tilted.
5. Tighten all the screws in diagonally oppo
site sequence. Tightening torque: 5 Nm.
