- 1 pinch of salt
- 125 g of melted butter
- 60 g of caster sugar
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
- 4eggs
- 75 cl of milk
Preparation :
- In a container: mix the flour, caster sugar, salt and eggs. Beat the contents using a whisk.
- Melt the butter. In a bowl, mix the yeast with the milk.
- Put the mixture and the melted butter in the large container.
- Mix gently until the dough has a smooth consistency.
- Leave the dough to rest for approximately 30 minutes.
Cooking :
- Add a little oil to the plates so that the waffles do not stick together and heat up the appliance.
- Once the appliance is hot, pour the waffle batter.
- Close the appliance and cook for approximately 5 minutes.
