Meat slicer Use instructions
· Select the slicing thickness by turning the adjusting knob (5).
· Plug the appliance and place the switch (6) to the position I. The blade will start rotating and the
pilot light of the switch goes on
· Push the platform (2) to bring the food to the blade (1). Therefore use the handle of the platform (2)
and keep the pressure on the mobile side of the appliance thanks to the platform (2).
ATTENTION : For a good use of the appliance keep a pressure on the platform (2) as regular as
possible and parallel to the blade.
ATTENTION : Do not push too hard the food towards the blade (1).
ATTENTION : For your security and to avoid injuries, use a kitchen tong to remove the sliced food
pieces from the slicer and put them in a plate.
· After use, turn off the appliance with switch (6), unplug from the socket and put the handle of the
adjusting thickness knob in position "-".
ATTENTION : after turned off the appliance the blade still turn for few seconds

CLEANING AND CARE

ATTENTION: DO NEVER IMMERGE THIS APPLIANCE, THE PLUG AND CORD SUPPLY INTO
WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS, USE A WET CLOTH FOR CLEANING.
ATTENTION: when taking care of this appliance be sure that the appliance is turned off and unplug
from the socket with handle (6) on "-".
· For cleaning every parts of the appliance only use a soft wet cloth.
· Do never use abrasive substances, detergents or thinners. Do never immerge the appliance into
water.
· The movable parts cannot be washed into the dish-washer because heat may damaged plastic
parts.
Clean the appliance after every use allow to keep it safe.
If the appliance should not be used for a long period, keep it from dust and dirt by putting a cloth on.
